If an art work ordered is in stock, it will ship within a few days of your approved payment. If the artwork is out of stock and not expected in a reasonable amount of time we will notify you by email.
You may backorder the item if you wish or select another art work. Smaller works will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground and larger works ship via freight truck and can take a few days longer based on your location.
For freight shipments, once the art work arrives at the shipping station, you will receive a phone call to set up a local delivery time. You must sign for the art work upon delivery. If the art work is damaged please refuse delivery and note the damage on the freight paperwork.
If damaged, please notify us immediately and we will send out a replacement in the case of a print, or a full refund for original art. Please provide photos of the damaged pieces and packaging.
All of our printed products are produced when ordered. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Our order never arrived: If your order failed to arrive, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
