We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of undamaged merchandise, so long as it is returned within thirty (30) days from the original ship date.
Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice and enclose it with your returned item.
If you’re unhappy with the size of the item, whether a it’s a print or a garment you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the item matches the size stated on the order. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. Please be aware this does not apply to “original art” that is available in only one size.
If you‘d like a different size, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
In order to receive a full refund the item must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, and repackaged carefully. If returned item is received in a condition other than new and unused, we will not authorize your return or exchange. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
If you received a defective item, please notify us within five (5) business days, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, of your receipt of the item to qualify for an exchange. Please attach to your email a photo of the damaged item. The return of the defective item must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receipt. If you fail to provide us with prompt notification, we may not authorize your exchange.
In case of mistakes, we will pay for return shipping pending our written authorization. For all other return reasons, you may use your choice of return shipping carrier at your cost, or request a return shipping label and have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund. The cost of return shipping will vary depending on the carrier and the size of the package to be returned.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box, if possible, and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.

If you refuse delivery for any reason and the order is returned back to us, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any refund due to you. Further, after refusing delivery, if you would like us to resend the order, you will be responsible for payment of the return shipment and for the cost of the reshipment.
